Booking Questions
How payment, cancellations, and group sizes work at Cloud 10.
When am I charged, and what is the cancellation policy?
The total cost of your trip is charged one day before the event. You can cancel at no charge up to 48 hours before the event. If you cancel inside 48 hours of the event, you are charged the full amount.
Do you run party buses or take groups larger than 20?
We don't run party buses. For groups larger than 20 passengers, please contact us directly and we'll talk through what's possible for your date.
How do I get a quote?
Send the date, pickup, destination, and group size through the form or call Henry at (805) 998-2976. Every trip is quoted flat, up front, before you ride.
Where do you pick up?
We're based in Goleta and cover Santa Barbara County as home turf. We're licensed statewide, run San Luis Obispo to San Diego regularly, and take longer trips on request.
