Who We Are

This website is operated by Day Time Investments, LLC, doing business as Cloud 10 Limousine & Coach, a California limited liability company based at 7606 Hollister Ave, Goleta, CA 93117. In these terms, "Cloud 10 Limousine & Coach," "we," and "us" refer to that business.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cloud 10 Limousine & Coach website (https://cloud10limousine.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Services

Cloud 10 Limousine & Coach provides charter-party passenger transportation, including airport transfers, corporate car service, wine tours, golf outings, and special-occasion transportation. We are based in Goleta and licensed for the entire state of California; our regular routes run from San Luis Obispo to San Diego, and longer trips are available on request. Services are provided under an active California Public Utilities Commission charter-party carrier license (TCP PSG0046052). Every trip is quoted flat and confirmed before the ride. We do not operate party buses; for groups larger than 20 passengers, please contact us directly.

Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

• The total cost of your trip is charged one day before the event.
• You can cancel at no charge up to 48 hours before the event.
• If you cancel inside 48 hours of the event, you are charged the full amount.

Your reservation is confirmed once we have agreed the trip details and quote with you directly. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible at (805) 998-2976 or Hleday@cloud10limousine.com.

SMS Messaging Program

By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Cloud 10 Limousine & Coach as described in our Privacy Policy. Message types you may receive include reservation scheduling, confirmations, reminders, trip follow-up, review requests, and occasional promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your phone number and opt-in consent are collected solely by Cloud 10 Limousine & Coach and are never shared with, sold to, or used by third parties.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, submit a request, or opt in to our SMS messaging program. By doing so, you represent that you are 18 years or older.

Limitation of Liability

Cloud 10 Limousine & Coach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Terms specific to a reservation are confirmed with you in writing at the time of booking.
